Payment Agreement:
All payments are made by credit card or check.
We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The 'Checkout' process will automatically charge your card immediately for items in your shopping cart. If you choose to pay by check you will be billed an invoice with the charges from the original day of purchase.
Payment Made By Check:
The Client ("you") are liable to fulfill payment of invoice by the fifteenth day by which services must be paid for in full for the current thirty-five day period. Any check that is paid and does not clear the clients bank RentBuySellHobbs.com will accept money order or cash.
Automatic Credit Card Billing:
The Client authorize RentBuySellHobbs.com to automatically bill your credit card every month according to your chosen rate-plan at that time. You may cancel this automatic billing at any time online.
Contracts:
The Client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of each individual contract that it entitles. Payment for services, if made by Credit Card or Pay Pal billing will be (as stated above in Automatic Credit Card Billing agreement) invoiced immediately and a receipt for services will be issued. Payments made by check will be invoiced for services and must be paid in full by on the fifteenth day of service.
Refunds:
If you are in anyway dissatisfied with our service, please write to us, using the Contact Us form on our website and describe the problem, we will review your refund request. RentBuySellHobbs.com does not guarantee results, profits and/or refunds. Refunds will be processed in the form of a payment back to your credit card and/or check.
